Feeling empowered is an essential part of the healing process. Our goal is to help you build the confidence, knowledge, and skills needed to take control of your pelvic health in everyday life. Through personalized education and hands-on guidance, you’ll learn practical pelvic health management techniques that can be applied in real-world situations at home, at work, during exercise, and throughout every stage of life.
What is Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy?
Pelvic floor physical therapy is a highly specialized form of rehabilitation focused on restoring the health, strength, and coordination of the pelvic floor muscles and surrounding structures. These muscles play a critical role in bladder and bowel control, core stability, posture, sexual health, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and overall daily function. When the pelvic floor is not functioning properly, it can contribute to symptoms such as pelvic pain, urinary leakage, constipation, pressure or prolapse, painful intercourse, and discomfort during exercise or everyday activities.
Through comprehensive evaluations and personalized treatment plans, pelvic floor physical therapy addresses the root cause of symptoms rather than simply masking them. The goal is to improve mobility, flexibility, strength, and long-term function. Every plan of care is tailored to the individual’s goals, comfort level, and stage of life.

Led by Dr. Bailee Burningham, a Board-Certified Specialist in Women’s Health Physical Therapy through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and a Certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner, our clinic is committed to delivering the highest standard of evidence-based, compassionate care.
At Bonneville Pelvic Health, you are not receiving generalized care, you are working with clinicians who have intentionally dedicated their careers to understanding the complexities of pelvic health and helping patients feel empowered in their healing journey.
