More Resources
At Bonneville Pelvic Health, we know that postpartum recovery is about so much more than physical healing. Welcoming a new baby is a life-changing experience, and while it can bring incredible joy, it can also feel overwhelming, exhausting, and emotionally challenging. Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, postpartum depression and anxiety are more common than many people realize. Although we don't provide mental health services in our clinic, we believe caring for the whole person means recognizing when additional support may be helpful. If you're struggling, we encourage you to reach out to a qualified mental health professional. Asking for help is a sign of strength, and you deserve support just as much as your growing family does.
